According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night): <br>effective from January, 2017 <br> Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY10,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000. <br> Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000. <br> Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over. <br>effective from June 1,2019: <br> Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000. <br> Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000. <br> Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over. <br/> The property is located in a residential area and strictly enforces a no-party or excessive noise policy.<BR><BR>The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.<BR><BR>This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.<BR><BR>Guests are required to take off their shoes when entering the property.<BR><BR>Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
