There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival. To check affected dates and request an exemption, visit cda.comune.venezia.it. Guests booking their stay in Venice are kindly requested to visit the #EnjoyRespectVenezia site www.comune.venezia.it/en/content/enjoyrespectvenezia for important information and regulations applied in the city. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact this property in advance for online check-in instructions. Guests must contact the property at least 7 days prior to arrival to arrange the check-in. Reception hours are 8:30 AM-6:30 PM on December 24, 10 AM-8 PM on December 25, 8:30 AM-8 PM on December 31, and noon to 9:30 PM on January 1.
